Pizza Causes Severe Illness - Casey's General Store, Ankeny Iowa

Family had a Large Supreme pizza & one person had just a pepperoni pizza by the slice. Ordered Easter Sunday, 4/21/19, around 7pm. First person sick at 1:45am 4/22. Second and third people sick around 6am on 4/22. Extreme nausea, vomiting, stomach cramping, excessive diarrhea, and muscle aches. Still sick on 4/24 and no signs of improvement yet. Missed 3 days of school and work so far. The 4th family member did not eat the pizza and is not sick at all so we are certain the source is the pizza. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting, Muscle Pain, Cramps
