Myself and two other coworkers went to Cava at the Boston location in Baltimore on 6/23/25. We all order bowls and after comparing what foods we had similar in our bowls we determined we all had Romaine lettuce. We all discussed having similar gastrointestinal issues that occurred after eating with some of us still experiencing the same symptoms today 6/24/25. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Stomach Pain, Cramps, Gas
