June 23 I went to a different Cava location than my usual and ordered a greens and grains bowl. The next afternoon I started to get all the classic symptoms like bad stomach cramps, nausea, diarrhea etc. On day 4 still with a fever. Unfortunately I know it was due to my dinner because I was too busy at work that day and it was my first meal. So disappointed.. :( | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Stomach Pain, Fever, Cramps, Chills, Headache

Have you considered that you might have just gotten sick from a virus and the fact that this was the last meal that you ate before melting down internally could be coincidental?
