Bloody Stool After Bowl - Cava, Frederick Maryland

Grain & Greens bowl Approximately 2 hours after eating I got severe stomach cramps and diarrhea.  Thought I would vomit but was able to keep it down.  Stomach pain and diarrhea all night.  Blood in stool the next day.  I assume the blood is a result of the intestinal lining shedding.  I have a heating pad on my back and my stomach.  Sipping Chamomile tea.  I feel terrible.
