I had a chicken ceaser salad I got from here they have as a premade meal. I take out the chicken because I'm vegetarian. I ate my lunch around 4:30 pm yesterday at work since I work in the same plaza it's easy to go grab which I did right before going back into my breakroom to eat the salad. I felt like my food just was not settling after lunch and felt queasy. I woke up at 2 am and started throwing up, have really sharp abdominal pain, diarrhea, and non stop nausea. Today I wake up and cannot do anything, my body won't let me carry on with the plans I had. I'm not throwing up anymore but I still have all the other symptoms and super tired/ no enegery I thought I was going to pass out at the gas station near my house getting a ginger ale. I'm in bed currently writing this feeling defeated physically wondering when I will feel better. | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Gas, Stomach Pain
