Kids' Meal Illness Reported - Hotel, England

My 3 year old niece had a kids beef burger meal at The lakeside in centre Parcs Whinfell Forest at 7.15pm on 25 January 2024 and shortly after started vomiting with Diarrhea. This ruined the 4 night break and on the 4 hour journey the next day on the way home she was projectile vomiting. I made a complaint and emailed customer services, the CEO and the MD who have not had the decency to reply

Also, another loved one had a meal of cheeseburger at The Lakeside in centre Parcs Whinfell Forest at 2pm on 24 January 2024 and shortly after started feeling nauseous with Diarrhea. | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting
