I ordered a fish sandwich through GrubHub and it was pretty cold when it arrived an hour later and I only ate half of it. Lay down to go to sleep upset about how gross it tasted and woke up in the middle of the night vomiting profusely and for the next 24 hours. Haven't ate anything else but that so it had to be from that fish sandwich | Symptoms: Nausea, Vomiting
