I have eaten cheerios for years with no issues. I don’t eat it every day. I purchased a new box in the spring and ate 2 bowls for dinner yesterday. Within hours, in the middle of the night, I had diarrhea. I heard a news story in the spring and checked my box. It did not appear to have been manufactured during the time period mentioned in the story.As it was the only thing I ate yesterday, I am certain it was the food. I still have some stomach cramping. I am going to throw the rest of the food away. I just read an article that they had altered or changed the ingredients. They should tell people when they do that so that no one has to learn the hard way by experiencing Illness. I won’t buy or eat them again. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Cramps
