Horrible gas pain, bloating nausea and diarrhea a few hours after eating large family box of honey nut cheerios. I also get a little gassy after eating them but this is way too much. Intestines are swollen and abdominal cramping persisting even almost 24 hours later.08/30 update: I'm better but still weak and haven't had a normal bowel movement yet. I took today off work to try to recuperate. My family and I ate all the same things that day. The only difference was the Cheerios which I opened. We have the box and the rest of them. We aren't eating anymore. I haven't eaten much. The pain stopped about 24 hours later after initial. Honestly, I've had e coli types of food poisoning before but this was very different. No fever just intense cramping, intestinal irritation and I was defecating with blood yesterday. | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Bloating, Gas, Cramps, Weakness, Stomach Pain
