Horrible gas pain, bloating nausea and diarrhea a few hours after eating large family box of honey nut cheerios. I also get a little gassy after eating them but this is way too much. Intestines are swollen and abdominal cramping persisting even almost 24 hours later.

Within a couple of hours of eating the ice cream I started vomiting and having diarrhea. The cramps and body aches started shortly after that. It was pretty severe.
