Cheerios Linked to Illness? - Cheerios, Harrisburg Pennsylvania

In the last several monthis I've had several bouts of abdominal pain. cramping all followed by diarrhea.
In each case a small bowl of Cheerios was consumed about a hour before.
I am totally amazed a product I've eaten for 50 years can now cause me to be so sick. It includes Apple Cinnamon, Strawberry Banana, Honey Nut. What has recently changed that's causing such problems?
It's not the milk, a certain batch, or a peculiar flavor. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Cramps, Stomach Pain
