I bought some Cheerios Oat Crunch Cinnamon Breakfast Cereal the other day. This is the first time I have ever had this cereal. I had a few bowls around 6:00 PM Friday night (11/14/25). I immediately started feeling bloated and sick to my stomach. Fast forward to today (11/16/25). My stomach is still hard and I'm nauseous. Could this cereal stay in my system this long? I haven't had much of an appetite since Friday night. First time anything like this has happened to me. | Symptoms: Nausea, Stomach Pain, Cramps, Chills
