Cheerios Linked to Sickness - Cheerios, Grand Haven Michigan

I usually eat cereal for breakfast before work with no issues. However, I bought some Cheerios oats and honey to try out because I usually stick to the same 3 or 4 different types of cereal. I noticed after every day of eating this cereal, my stomach would hurt almost instantly, and I would have to diarrhea about 20 minutes after the cramps would start. I also noticed that the first 2-3 hours at work I would feel extremely light headed, and very fatigued, which is unusual for me.
