For the last week June 1st until today the 9th, I have been eating Honey Nut Cheerios. I haven't eaten them in years. I suddenly developed diarrhea and stomach cramps with sharp intestinal pain. The diarrhea has subsided, but have tons of mucous and bowel movements are still off.
