My husband had a bowl of Cheerios before bed and has been up all night and this morning with horrible stomach issues and pain. The same thing happened when he ate Lucky Charms this last March. Could it be the milk?
Or a milk intolerance? Not saying it wasn't the milk, just looking at other items to avoid.
Maybe because cereal is not food
