Suspected source: Purchased Cheerios every week for several months. At first, I did not connect the fact I had stomach pain around 2 pm to eating Cheerios for breakfast, Symptoms got progressively worse so I stopped eating cheese etc. in case it was dairy. Then violent diarrhea began almost daily. I was even sent for a colonoscopy by my doctor! The penny finally dropped and when I stopped eating Cheerios I got back to normal. Symptoms: Diarrhea, Stomach Pain, cramps
