Cheerios Trigger Repeat Illness - Cheerios, Toledo Ohio

This is the second fourth time it has happened with two different boxes of regular cheerios purchased from two different stores. I start feeling nauseous and then have to run to the bathroom with diarrhea. It typically takes a few hours of this before feeling better.
One was purchased at Food Town on Central Avenue in Toledo, Ohio and the other was purchased at Kroger on Jackman | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea
