Myself my cousin and husband all had a lunch. We hadn't eaten anything since 9am and lunch was at 2pm. I and my cousin both had a salad. My salad had the most lettuce in it, the Chinese one. My cousins salad had slightly less lettuce. By 3pm I was getting severe stomach pains. By 5pm I was severely I'll with food poisoning. We were on holiday from the UK so I couldn't go to a GP easily. I was ill all if the next day and couldn't go out. My cousin got off a little lighter as she only vomited twice throughout that night. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Fever, Vomiting, Stomach Pain
