Sept 2017, sampled macaroni and cheese recipes around 8pm. By midnight I was vomiting and stayed up sick and vomiting on and off until 5am. I did not stop vomiting until all of the melted cheese came up | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Fever, Vomiting
