I ate Cheez-It and the same night I got extreme nausea. My throat was scratchy and I kept waking up having to thrown up. The day after I found myself extremely sick (bad cough, nausea, fever, chills, and all symptoms of the flu or pneumonia) I was doing absolutely fine before I ate them. This really sucks because they’ve always been my go to snacks but I noticed the last few times I ate them I got acid reflux and heartburn. I’m just now starting to truly make the connection between my symptoms and the crackers. | Symptoms: Nausea, Fever, Chills, Cough, Heartburn, Acid reflux, Vomiting

I ate them yesterday afternoon and am so sick I'm considering going to the ER. Did you go to the doctor? Please let me know what they found.
