Chef boyardee spaghetti and meatballs 4am this morn. Ate On way to work. . After three bites noticed something wrong with taste. Was eating in a hurry so as chewing and swallowing, I was shoving more in. Taste got so disgusting had to spit some out. Probably got 4 mouthful swallows before all sensations kicked in and I spit out remainder and threw rest away. 15-20 min later abdominal cramps and immediate need for BM (SOLID). Felt likeE thumbtacks in stomach all day. 10 hr later now abdominal bloating...bad...I look HUGE. Thumbtacks feeling in abdomen worsened. Abdominal girgling. Burning in stomach. Still feels like thumbtacks in belly. No dirreah yet. Lots of gas. What the heck? | Symptoms: Other, Cramps, Bloating, Gas
