Last night at about 9:35 my fiancé and I went to the drive in and ordered a spiced chicken delux. With fries and sprite each. We got our food and had to go back bc they just gave us a chicken sandwich with pickles. When we told them all they did was add the other toppings. This morning I woke up at 5:40 and puked up so much food and can’t keep anything down since and have had diarrhea . At 1 o clock pm my fiancé texted me and told me he just puked twice and has been in the bathroom with diarrhea as well. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting
