ER Visit After CFA Meal - Chick-Fil-A,

Ate a chicken bowl, chips, and guac around 5pm, started vomiting and having horrible diarrhea around 8pm. Was in the ER at midnight dehydrated, tachycardic, and very low blood pressure. Doctors said it was most likely food poisoning. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting
