Last night Aug 15 2018. I went to Chick-fil-A@7:57:57 str #01139 order # 5020202 I ordered a South West spicy chicken salad strawberry shake and peach tea this morning at 3am awoke with sevear stomach pains nausea hot and cold flashing have spent the morning vomiting with bad bouts of diarrhea which is turning worse red. I have to say I do like Chick-fil-A but I'm not going there anymore if this doesn't get better have to go to hospital. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting, Stomach Pain
