sandwich, I ate at around 2:30pm. I ordered a sandwich meal with a medium fry and large diet Dr Pepper. Ate around 3 when I got home. About 30 minutes after eating the sandwich, I became very nauseous. I started throwing up and having watery diarrhea. This has now been going on for 4 hours, It happened Today | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting
