Suspected food poisoning. Symptoms: Nausea, Headache
Suspected source: I ate a Chicken breakfast bowl and half a chicken biscuit from Chick-fil-A in Lawton this morning. In less than 30 minutes my stomach was churning, I feel very nauseas, and I have a headache. I haven't thrown up yet but feel like I need to. This has been going on for almost 4 hours now.
Onset: Right away
