My daughter who is 3 ate chicken nuggets from this Chick-fil-A location and within 12 hours had extreme vomiting and diarrhea. She vomited every 20 minutes for over 10 hours and now, a week later, it still recovering her appetite. I had the grilled chicken wrap and a few bites in, my lettuce had a huge chunk of mud in it. That evening I had some stomach cramping. | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Cramps
