Bought dinner at the drive thru, nuggets, fries and a lemonade about 5 pm on Wed 6/21. Woke up sweating about 10:30 pm and stomach felt odd. Within a few minutes I was alternating between vomiting and diarrhea. This lasted until roughly 4am. Sipping water would just start it all over again. Finally the symptoms subsided around 9am and I could keep the sips of water down. | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Sweating
