I ate a southwest salad with a regular grilled chicken filet for dinner. Nothing else all day. It tasted funny but I was hungry. I was up throwing up all night with diarrhea and severe cramping.

My uncle also ate the same thing at the same Chic fila last week and has been in the hospital all week from the same symptoms. | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Stomach Pain, Cramps, Chills, Headache
