I ordered the hashbrown bowl with grilled chicken from Chick fil a this past saturday 6/7/26, and within 30 minutes I had diarrhea, a headache lasting all day that I tried to sleep off, until I ultimately vomited that night and the next day.  | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Stomach Pain, Cramps, Headache

Husband ate Quarter Pounder w/ cheese (plain), fries, and a diet Dr pepper. Began feeling abdominal cramps 2 hours later and had cramps/chills all night until he vomited in the early hours of the morning.
