i got my zaxbys meal & ate it. I immediately after started getting stomach cramps, i played it off as menstrual cramps but woke up with the worst stomach pain of my life and couldn’t stop vomitting. I had chills & a fever. We almost called 911  | Symptoms: Vomiting, Fever, Cramps, Chills, Stomach Pain
