Ordered chicken tenders to go and ate them when I got home 10 minutes later. Within a hour of eating I began having the chills in my core. It forced me to bed and I woke up to major stomach pain, nausea, diarrhea.  | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Chills, Stomach Pain
