I ate a Cobb salad from chick fil a around 8:00 Tuesday night! I woke up Wednesday morning around 6:30 with very bad stomach pains, then started throwing up every 20-30 mins and had diarrhea all day! I was weak and in so much pain for the rest of the day! I don’t know if it was the lettuce or chicken that gave it to me. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting, Weakness, Stomach Pain
