Salad Illness: Severe Symptoms - Chick-Fil-A, Lewisville Texas

I had a Market Fresh salad with chili lime vinaigrette on 09/20/2018 around 6:45pm. The salad and fruit seemed fresh and looked good. About an hour and a half later, I had Severe stomach cramps and then vomiting. Diarrhea followed shortly thereafter. Imodium A D eventually helped with the diarrhea.

My son had chicken strips and had no issues. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting, Cramps
