Food Safety Report: Chick-Fil-A.

Hours after I ate the grilled chicken nuggets, and grilled chicken sandwich with tomato and lettuce my stomach started feeling upset. This could only explained where I could have gotten the food poisoning from and by mid day I vomit all the food I had that day and just couldn't hold it in any longer. And lost a lot of water that way and from diarrhea which end up turning into liquid. I felt so hot after I would throw up and diarrhea each time. I am currently now still feeling the after effects and everything. This happened October 5, 2015. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Fever, Vomiting
