I ordered at this location on 9/6 at 4:30pm. I ordered a #1 sandwich with no pickles, fries, frosted lemonade and Chick-fil-A sauce. At approximately 6:30pm I began to experience stomach aches which I put off as normal bowel movement. Upon arriving in the bathroom, heavy sudden sweats came on suddenly, dizziness, and extreme upper stomach pain that cause shortness of breath and nausea. I felt like my heart was about to stop but nothing was coming out. After fainting on the floor I regained consciousness and began releasing into the toilet proceeding with extreme vomiting. I have had food poisoning before but this was the worst I’ve ever experienced. I had nothing else to eat that day but Chick-fil-A. I am recovering since this only happened a few hours ago. I have contacted Chick-fil-A but have not received a call/email back. Very weary and disappointed. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Fever, Nausea, Vomiting, Dizziness, Stomach Pain, Shortness of Breath, Sweating
