Bitter Lettuce Causes Illness - Chick-Fil-A, Decatur Alabama

3 years ago reported by user-jvznq149 business

Chick-fil-A, Highway 31 South, Decatur, AL, USA

2502 Highway 31 South, Decatur, 35603 Alabama, United States

Last 30 minutes, I ate 1/4 of a chicken wrap with the lime dressing. After eating half of one of the halves of the wrap, I immediately started feeling nauseated. My stomach began to turn and I told my husband I needed to go outside. And I started throwing up immensely. It was all of that chicken wrap. But mostly what I tasted was the green I guess it’s ELANTRA lettuce. That is what tasted bitter. My husband took it back inside and told the lady and she was very nice and gave him crackers and a Sprite for me. They offered to refund us but I just needed to get out of there. They were very nice | Symptoms: Nausea, Vomiting, Stomach Pain
