Spicy Chicken Sandwich Illness - Chick-Fil-A, Oceanside California

I had the spicy deluxe sandwich yesterday afternoon(June 4) ordered through the chick fil a app and my husband went to pick it up. After I ate the sandwich and the waffle potato fries my stomach started hurting a little. Then the rolling morning I go to work but my stomach is still hurting thinking it’s just hungry but then I clock in and I start to feel nauseous and I end up throwing up and left work because pain was to much and needed to keep using the bathroom. My husband also had some stomach pain but he is a marine so he still had to go to work but his weren’t that bad like mine. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting, Stomach Pain
