Chicken Wrap Illness Symptoms - Chick-Fil-A, Middle River Maryland

I went there last night at 7:30 pm October 15, 2020.
I purchased a chicken wrap after eating half of the wraps I began getting horrible stomach cramps and following the cramps I was up the Reas of the night in the bathroom. Even now at 4:00 pm I'm still experiencing low grade fever and running to the bathroom. I'm just wondering if your wraps with the lettuce was tainted | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Fever, Cramps
