Additional information: I got Mac and cheese and grilled nuggets. I shared the grilled nuggets with my son and he did not get sick. It had to be the Mac and cheese. I only had black coffee earlier in the morning. Monday early evening I got 12 grilled nuggets and a small mac and cheese. I ate the mac and cheese and 6 nuggets and gave the other 6 nuggets to my son. Within about 2 hours my stomach started to hurt, then about 9:00 pm I had to vomit then diarrhea, it continued all night long, I was convulsive vommiting with nothing coming up. So painful, diarrhea the next day and even today. The thought of food makes me nausea | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting, Stomach Pain, Cramps
