Had the spicy southwest chicken salad with spicy crispy chicken and avocado lime dressing around 2:30pm today. I was the only one of my party to eat this, and the only one who’s gotten sick. About two hours after eating I began having terrible gastrointestinal cramps and have been in and out of the bathroom since that time with watery diarrhea and painful cramps. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Other, Cramps, Gas
