I had a 12 ct chicken nugget meal with the chicken noodle soup at around 10 PM on Tueday February 18, 2026. At about 4:30 this morning (February 19, 2026) and for the past 3 hours I have had extreme nausea, stomach pain, and am flipping from vomiting to passing diarrhea on the toilet. Developed into fever, chills, full body soreness, and muscle weakness. | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Stomach Pain, Cramps, Chills, Fever
