My husband ordered a southwest chicken salad with fried nuggets for me and he ordered chicken strip meal for himself. We were both violently ill, first him, within 8 hours, vomiting, diarrhea, chills. I was sick within 12 hours with vomiting, diarrhea, extreme stomach cramping, fever and chills. He seems to be recovering somewhat I’m still having severe cramping with any food such as a banana! The food was purchased at 8:00pm on Tuesday 3/29. | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Fever, Chills, Cramps
