I ordered the chicken wrap through the drive thru before my eye appointment. After eating it, exactly 30 minutes late I got really sick to my stomach. I went to the bathroom in the vision center and threw up and then had diarrhea an hour after eating the wrap. By the time I got home it got worse. I had 3 HUGE vomit bouts and alternated with diarrhea. It had to either be that they left the premise chicken wrap out from being refrigerated or they didn’t rinse the raw veggies used in it. This had to be the worst food poisoning I ever had | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Fever, Nausea, Vomiting
