Had a 12 piece chicken nuggets meal, fries, and an Arnold palmer with unsweet tea for lunch in Tuesday 6/26. Over the course of the afternoon I started to feel weird and bloated. By the time j got home my stomach was in pain, was uncomfortable, and I couldn't tell what side it needed to come out of. I threw up Tuesday night, was able to drink some ginger ale but had no appetite. Wednesday, 6/27 I woke up feeling no better but plugged through the morning and made it to work. I left work early at 1pm to go home because my stomach felt so bad- again not sure which side it was going to come out. I almost had a major accident on the train home, I was dizzy and weak walking home. Since 430pm on wed 6/27 I have been immobilized, my stomach has been non stop gurgling, I have had consisntent awful diarrhea, puked twice, felt.bloated, cant stand, and can barely get pedialyte down | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Fever, Nausea, Vomiting, Bloating, Dizziness, Loss of Appetite, Weakness, Stomach Pain
