Severe Illness After Chick Sandwich - Chick-Fil-A,

I ate the chicken sandwich w/lettuce and ranch and waffle fries for lunch. About 3am I started having diarrhea, vomiting, body aches, fever and chills. It is the sickest I have been in a long time.
