Purchased Chick-fil-A on 10/02/24. Spicy Chicken deluxe, fries and frosted lemonade and Mac n cheese. Didn't eat Mac n cheese . My Dog would not eat the chicken??? Became violently ill 5 hours later . Severe stomach pain, nausea and then violently throwing up and diarrhea!!! Up all night till 7am.
