On November 17 I got the same thing I always get a Cobb chicken strips salad, extra chicken strips and a large lemonade about 20 minutes after eating my stomach started hurting. I eventually was able to be seen by my doctor had a colonoscopy done and a endoscopy and I got my results back which determined I have gastritis and I have H. pylori, which gave me gastritis. My stomach has not been the same since I ate Chick-fil-A that day. I have not ate Chick-fil-A since then and I love Chick-fil-A. I’ve never had an issue with them! Until I eat there! | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Stomach Pain, Gas
