Green Vomiting After Wrap - Chick-Fil-A,

Ate a chicken wrap with waffle fries November 8, 2014 and immediately felt muscle pain and fatigue. Went to hospital the following Monday with nausea pain and fatigue. The same night started vomiting green and diarrhea was green. Still feel churning in my stomach. Have been diagnosed with gastroenthritus and prescribed cipro and flagyl.
