Yesterday my husband ate chick fil a around 3pm he order a regular chicken sandwich, 8 piece nuggets and fries with a lemonade and shortly after maybe one hour and a half he said he stomach was hurting he couldn’t eat dinner. Today he ate some soup but still had stomach pains nausea and diarrhea, he finally vomited everything up and he feels better now. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting, Stomach Pain
